Plastic Moulds

Plastic Molds are used as integral parts of die casting or injection molding process under high pressure. These are mainly utilized to produce preliminary version of any machine component or automobile part for testing purpose. These molding solutions enable operator to modify or incorporate necessary changes into the design of produced parts. Provided Plastic Molds are used for placing polymer (PP, PE, nylon, PVC etc) in its liquid form. Placed polymer takes different shape under high pressure and heat. Quality of these molding solutions has been tested on the basis of their diameter, pressure bearing capacity, temperature endurance range, compatibility with different raw materials and precision of design.
